The second is to improve the quality and management level of electromechanical installation, and build the reputation and brand of "Peregrine" service. The third is to improve the precise management level of modern services such as security. The fourth is to increase the intensity and breadth of new product research and development, aiming at connecting the industrial advantages of the city and district, and developing new products and brands suitable for them.
(2) Strive for first-class party building and enhance the cohesion of the company
As a grass-roots party organization, we must also lead the party building work with the spirit of reform and innovation. First, we must always put ideological and political construction in the first place, do a good job in the "three meetings and one lesson" learning of the party branch, give full play to the role of the party branch's WeChat group, adhere to a monthly mini-party class learning materials, and promote the construction of a learning party organization. Focus on improving the party spirit of all party members. The second is to accurately grasp the requirements of "two learning and one doing", strengthen ideals and beliefs and ideological and moral construction, and further enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of party members. The third is to strengthen the daily management education of party members, and promote party members' awareness of enhancing party spirit and fulfilling their obligations. The fourth is to strictly develop the procedures for party members and improve the quality of party members. The fifth is to collect party dues according to the document issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (2008) No. 3.
(3) Stimulate the strength of all parties and build a dynamic and harmonious enterprise
In 2017, seeking progress while maintaining stability is still the general keynote of economic work. Private enterprises mainly in manufacturing are facing many prominent contradictions and problems. As a party branch, it is necessary to give full play to the role of trade unions and other groups, strengthen the democratic management of enterprises, stimulate the enthusiasm of all employees, gather the synergy of the enterprise, and build a dynamic and harmonious enterprise.
